Constant follow up on the progress 2. Sending out the details of the interview timing and interviewer 3. Reminders before the interview 4. Motivation emails before the interview 5. Very responsive for any clarification requested 6. Prompt in answering phone or emails even during weekends 7. Getting details from the client on the status and So on....
