Ventajas

Product is good , vision is good and financially company is great with amazing perks like pickup and drop , reimbursements , sponsored meals and events. Bonus and Overtime is also provided

Desventajas

If you are in Tech support , this probably not the best company for you , Unless you want to be in support, Purely night shifts , no flexible timings , No indian holidays , Everything will be client oriented . Strict pressure on Tech support also they are overworked more than any one in this organization also undervalued. Other LOB's suppress them and often everyone pressurize them including client. Overall Tech support life is not good here , Join only if you are in any other department Tech support is barely any technical they should call it product support

Ventajas

Travel was great, got to use my own cc to book everything made a lot of points and status with companies. Mid year bonuses and end of year raise. Community within the company is great and helpful.

Desventajas

Onboarding training is too short and not enough to be well versed in the software. Had to do a lot of research and work on my own time to learn the software and medical terminology.

Great people and great culture.

Desventajas

Disorganized. Deadlines often changed at a moments notice without any warning.
