Ventajas
Good working hours, flexibility to work from home, great internal teams, mid level management does what they can to make work life better.
Desventajas
Was told it is my fault for hitting the glass ceiling. Its my fault I make more then many of the team leads. Latest annual review had no new goals, just do what I do and keep my mouth shut. Long term non relative, non Indian employees are pegged to their positions with no hope of lateral job transfer or a move to another position or team. Basically, management has no road map to guide these employees to keep them engaged, to making them want to stay with the company. I will not add anything further regarding nepotism, favoritism and so forth as mentioned in the other reviews. It is widespread and it is all true.
