Any developer can write any code and push it. Versions are released every week and too many bugs. NO TRAINING for new employees. And NO DOCUMENTATION.

the management, if you can call it that, does not care about its employees, its customers or its reputation. the salary you are offered is by far the worst thing about being hired! you will be mistreated and if you work extra hours on any project, they will expect you to constantly put them in, they pay no overtime and the staff turn around is immense. work there are your own risk.
