Ventajas
Good benefits, close to home, students respect each other. That's all the Pros I can think of to describe this employer.
Desventajas
Top heavy in administration and ego giving themselves ridiculously high salaries while ignoring lower ranking employee's needs. Higher ups do not know or care about the manner in which individual departments are led and what those leading the departments are doing behind the scenes. Constant stress from constant changes to systems and policies. Employees treating each other with much disrespect. Misappropriation of student funds. Serious disrespect for UC policies and standards of ethical conduct. Departments heads passing up current valuable employees to build their little empires with friends and previous co-workers. Somebody should take a serious and close look at this campus.
