Ventajas

It's great to get your foot in the door. Easy interviewing and valuable experience. The environment is overall pleasant for this location. Turnover is high so there are almost always positions available.

Desventajas

Very disorganized when it comes to policy updates. Typically by desk drops and by word of mouth. Policies are updated extremely often and may be difficult to keep up with. You might even find yourself failing on QA scores as a result. If you prefer more structure then this may not be for you. If you are a fast learner, hop on. It is also a temp to hire contract. You will be hired through a temp agency and will be paid by a temp agency. After 6 months of working at TransCore, you have the opportunity of being signed on. During those 6 months, you have the worst insurance imaginable because of the temp agency. Do not even bother with the insurance, no one takes it.

Desventajas

Pay and benefits could be better, in particular would like more vacation time. Conflicting priorities and sometimes the plan keeps changing making it hard to complete tasks on time.
