Not everyone may be comfortable (I am), but being a small company there may be times when there is resource crunch or you are having to put in some extra hours. However it is not a regular trend as seen with other larger MNCs slogging their employees. One of the reason ThinkAnalytics is growing is due to the reason that people put in efforts to do odd extra hours here & there which is acknowledged by your Manager and Management equally.
