The work environment is very relaxed and offers a good work-life balance. The company is located in an old mansion on Park Ave so the office is kind of neat and the area is cool if you like that type of area.

Management is very indecisive and when they do make decisions they are knee jerk reaction that are not clearly thought it. The company lags in terms of application of technologies and one of the software managers is blatantly offensive and management appears to condone it. Sales and Marketing talks a good game but hasn't delivered in years.
