      Ventajas

      It is hard pressed to find any pros for working for any of their little companies all around the US.

      Desventajas

      Combative corporate culture. Zero upper management support. Low company benefits. COO is a snake. Promised advancement but let people go left and right without notice. A company in total chaos.
