Desventajas
- Since being sold, most of the upper management comes from the outside as opposed to any movement from within, so there is a lot of morale lost when there are people looking to climb up in the company. - They claim to be an employee first culture, and that communication is leadership, but, since the recession, they are bent on finding any way to make that extra dollar and it always comes down to getting more from less, which stresses the employees further and eventually degrades the workplace into that of any other retail establishment.
