Would blame poor company performance on the market. - Employed apprentices in attempts to cut costs and ended up having to let the majority go due to lack of finance. - They say you will get "world class training" but make you do about 3 half an hour sessions about programming languages and then give you no more training. - No HR and do not follow any standard business best practices. - The company now is fully remote, isn't doing well, yet is still trying to hire naïve graduates/apprentices. -Commission structure is poor (if they pay it) as well as very low salary with no clear career progression or salary increase. -Founders are not easy to work with and argue with clients.
