Very outdated policies. I always pushed for things that could help speed run the process but was always shut down due to very rigid policies that the company has. Building environment was very depressing and felt like an actual corprate slave doing the job. Will not recommend

The overall team is great (aside from senior management)

Incredibly toxic work environment No growth Micromanage every single decision Senior management does not care about employee morale No phones allowed at your desk Recorded the second you come into work Even the benefits are terrible. You need to pay for deductibles out of pock
