Another great reason to work for Target is the amount of time and money they will invest in your personal development. They want you to succeed and they will do what they can to make sure you do.
Desventajas
With such a large organization, it can be difficult to navigate through all the politics that go hand-in-hand with an organization this size. It can be pretty difficult for people in hourly positions to get promoted into a position with a salary.
