Ventajas
Good benefits, 10 percent discount, flexible hours. If you are a high school/ college student, it's a good place to get experience.
Desventajas
They look for reasons to terminate their long time employees so that they don't have to pay those that earn more than new employees. Definitely not a place to work at if you plan on staying there for more than 5 years. You will get fired for going under 88% on you speed score, when most of the time it's the customers' fault for taking too long using their debit card/ messing up their pin# and having to punch it in again( you can't suspend that type of transaction and that messes up your speed score). If an item is recalled, you wait forever for the gstl to come and you can't suspend that transaction and you get a low speed score. To much time spent worrying about speed scores and getting the customers out fast and I've had customers complain about being rushed out, but Corperate doesn't care about their opinions. If you get fired over the speed scores, get it in writing so you you can go to the Labor Board.
