Ventajas

With a bit of patience it's possible to have a good career. Stable workplace, in case of ramping down of single projects the priority is to relocate the agents to other projects.

Desventajas

Direction never wants to increase salaries on a general level. So far the salaries of many agents with a TP apartment as benefit are still under the minimum by law.

Hello. In making this evaluation, it is important not to compare salaries in Portugal with salaries in countries with a high cost of living, but with countries with the same cost of living as Portugal. Ventajas

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Desventajas

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
