Ventajas

1)Lot of learning as employees are few

Desventajas

1)No leaves until you get confirmation letter which is confirmed after 6-12 months based on your performance 2)Even after confirmation they don't permit leaves at all 3)Technical support role has no respect on floor 4)Work culture is bad 5)NO Appraisal at all, don't have enough funds, they might fire you for this. 6)Overall don't join 7)They don't have enough tissues in washroom 8)No cab facility 9)Fresher can't survive on such low salary

Ventajas

I recently joined this organization on the position of Business Development for promoting and reselling SysTools products in North America. The freedom and power to make self decisions is what my company SysTools gave me. I am very happy working with such a team, where you are treated as part of the team.

Desventajas

I liked each and every thing about SysTools.

Ventajas

I have seen a bad environment in Systool. The company gives tea and snacks to all employees. But new joining employee is not given tea and snacks. Even if someone comes at our home we offer tea and snacks with respect along with water , mostly we don't differentiate in any guest as Indian culture.

Desventajas

nothing great to join .they treat new employees badly and value only old employees.No respect and care for ne joiner.
