      Caring for their employees, the benefits you receive when working for Spaulding Ridge, and the transparency of goals, current status of the company and what to expect next are just a couple of benefits of this company- and this last Pro was really displayed during COVID which gave me security in an uncertain time!

      Desventajas

      Spaulding Ridge is still a young, growing company, which means some growing pains but the benefits far outweigh the Cons.

      - Hard to get staffed on projects - Higher-ups play favoritism - Be prepared to get benched for a while - They do Layoffs - Terrible staffing system - You expect to work with cool cloud platforms, but instead you are stuck with financial CPMs
