SCA is a company with a great culture and an excellent management team who truly wants their employees to grow and succeed in the IT field. They facilitate peoples growth without overburdening them with an unreasonable work/life balance, but will promptly reward hard work and dedication to the company and job.
Desventajas
The learning curve for certain positions can be fairly steep as there are many fields and topics of knowledge that are important for the daily operations of the company, which can leave you with a feeling of being overwhelmed. Another con would be due to the size of the company there are circumstances where employees can be "voluntold" to work on projects, which may pose as an issue for some.
