Executive Director Unfit to Lead: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Empleado anónimo en Slide Ranch

The Executive Director is detrimental to the success of Slide Ranch. She is hurting the mission via her dishonesty and entire lack of any leadership skills. I didn't know a single employee who trusted or liked her. She bred a toxic culture and from what I hear it's still the case. It's such a shame because Slide Ranch has so much potential. Employees are treated very poorly.
