Poor management, disorganized, and shared housing is in very poor conditions (rat infested buildings and mold are a large, but ignored issue). Issues are dealt with at a superficial and internal level, customers and students are often unaware of buried problems but catch glimpses when emails fail to be received and conditions are far less than what was promised. Ultimately, Slide is a place with so much potential, but poor upper management has led to a HIGH turnover rate, gross housing conditions, disgruntled employees, sick animals, poor living/work life balance, and an unfortunate decline in the diversity of students that are actually able to visit Slide Ranch.
