Ventajas

The hiring process was quick and the team was really responsive to emails, questions, etc. Took very little time between submitting an application to getting an offer letter which included a few phone calls, written assignment, and in-person interviews in that time. The company is great. Many opportunities, very transparent, fun environment where you feel valued and able to contribute. Focus on you professional and personal developments.

Ventajas

Coworkers are smart, kind, and supportive. Good product. Interesting problems to solve.

Desventajas

Culture has lost its way a bit under Salesforce. Tight budget, hiring freezes, and tight ACV goals and deadlines have changed priorities across the company for the worse. Stock isn't doing well.
