      Ventajas

      They have branches all over India and they are one of the oldest telecom training company. We found very god environment with great projects to work in SimTech. As per my suggestion, SimTech is best place to work for.

      Desventajas

      They actually sometimes unable to take care of the personal matter's of their employee..but since, its a very big company with lots of employee, hence, this con is acceptable because business dont have feelings.

      Ventajas

      You will get to know more about manufacturing along with software developing.Very good working environment and good supervisor.

      Ventajas

      Benefits are great. Full autonomy to do what I want. I took this freedom to take over my team, refactor code, and turn the project around. One of my teammates uses this freedom to come in at 2:00 pm every day, answer to no one, and do whatever he wants.

      Desventajas

      Since it's all contracting, no one cares how well you do your job, and your government project leads can be hit or miss.
