It runs more like a “desi saith” setup, where employees are treated with minimal respect, often resembling a culture of servitude rather than a progressive tech environment.

You’re often expected to work excessively long hours without appropriate recognition or reward. No Real Process: There’s a glaring lack of process or structure in the way projects are handled. Project estimates are set by non-technical personnel who don’t fully understand the scope or technical requirements. This leads to unrealistic deadlines and ultimately results in a mess of poorly written code and patchwork fixes. Punitive Actions for Speaking Up: If you suggest improvements or try to advocate for quality, you risk punitive measures like delayed salaries or penalties. Speaking up for better practices isn’t encouraged, and employees who try to make a difference often end up regretting it. False Benefits: Although they promise benefits like Provident Fund and Medical insurance, these benefits rarely materialize. For months, employees wait for these basic entitlements, only to find that they are never processed. Lack of Transparency: Communication is poor, and decisions are made without consulting the team, leading to misunderstandings and a general sense of disorganization.
