      Ventajas

      Relaxed work environment. Good health benefits- free onsite clinic, gyms. Management is accommodating of personal life, flexible with time. Management is lenient and understanding. Management listens to suggestions, and will sometimes implement. Good internship program in the summer.

      Desventajas

      Management is often too hands off. Poor performers rarely face consequences. Pay is the low end of the scale, and they know it. There is a lot of confusion among employees regarding the direction of the company.
