Ventajas
Good health and wellness benefits. Two on-site gyms in Greenville office, as well as a wellness clinic. Fitness classes, on-site Bistro if you can't get out for lunch, annual biometric screenings and free flu shots for the entire family. Work environment is pretty positive. Monthly company meetings keep employees updated on new programs, financials, charitable work in the community (ScanSource does A LOT of great things in the community), etc. Most of the executive leadership team is great. CEO is visible and takes time to talk to employees, get to know you. Salaries are fairly competitive.
Desventajas
Sometimes it's hard to focus in an open office/cube environment. There can be a lot of chatting around you which can be distracting. There's a sense of limited career advancement opportunities.
