      Pay is about what you would expect, decent healthcare coverage, lots of good people.

      Desventajas

      No longer as focused on the employees, it is about growth and acquisition, which are important but it is a huge culture shift. Employees became disposable. Uncomfortable work environment , lots of pressure and uneasy feelings.
