They think $22 is more than enough even when working for 8 years and being loyal. When you advocate for a better pay they tell you that you are basically making what someone would in 15+ years of service. They don’t do increases on cost of living. Merit raises are .40-.60 cents for most of front desk and MA no matter how hard you work.
