Desventajas
(1) Almost rigid to changing market scenario. (2) European supremacy culture prevails. No Asian in top management (3) Too much internal politics and favoritism (4) Slowest individual growth beyond senior position (5) Learning curve becomes flat if manager is not supportive. There are many occasions where A 10+ years person does the same job as a 2+ year person. Adversely, a 10+ years person takes hefty salary to do a job which can be handled by a 2+ years person. (6) Slowest to adapt to new flows and ideas (7) Too many intern intake which reduces chances for them of getting converted or getting job elsewhere (due to very ordinary projects assigned to them).
