Ventajas
As long as you work there is great job stability and room for advancement. Kind people. A place to meet many life long friends. Many people have been here over 20 years. Excellent health benefits and vacation days. The students are some of the best.
Desventajas
Avoid legacy UMDNJ schools. Little things we've seen indicate the corruption and culture are still as strong as ever post merger. It will take a while for things to change on the UMDNJ side. These are all of the health sciences school. Traditional Rutgers schools great!
