Ventajas
Nice people. Relatively relaxed atmosphere. Small company. Interesting work.
Desventajas
SMT and other senior leaders - a cake and eat it attitude, want the fancy cars and big pay checks but not the responsibility of managing. As other reviews have stated, the buck never stops with them but is always somebody else's fault. Other reviews correct about leaders not practicing what they preach and also not willing to listen to anybody but themselves. Very much an 'us Vs them' attitude which is weird in such a small company. I'm afraid the decline of the company is very much due to poor management (or lack of management at all). Lastly the working practices are rigid and very old fashioned, really inflexible and not fit for modern life, everyone knows it, everyone says it but SMT refuse to listen. "Do as I say not as I do".
