      - Good working environment - Diverse group of people - Lots of clients so many opportunity for projects

      Desventajas

      - Work/life balance is difficult to keep up with because you work closer to 50hr/week. - Salary isn't great, and there isn't COLA between offices in different states - The company may need you to travel for long periods of times (months) and give you very short warning about it.

      Free food often at the bakery. Remote work option.

      Desventajas

      Work life balance isn't the best. They try to work with you and it can really depend on the projects which you are on and your manager. Some are really awesome
