      Ventajas

      Great people, challenging work, understanding management, good work/life balance, opportunity to grow and learn, encouragement to try new things.

      Desventajas

      Sometimes you can be pulled in 5 different directions at the same time, and there are always dozens of things on my to do list, but this is nothing I didn't sign up for.

      Ventajas

      I joined Rosterfy about a year ago. I’ve learnt a lot from the leadership team. I particularly enjoy working with some great customers who enjoy the product I enjoy working with the entire team, nice people and some very talented software engineers.

      Desventajas

      The business is growing, and quickly. Sometimes things aren’t perfect, but that’s part of growing I suppose.

      Inclusive and calm environment, with oodles of support across the globe. UK General Manager is an excellent leader.
