Ventajas

You only need to look at Rokt's success over the past 9+ years to know that many of the negative reviews are coming from people who havent made the cut or who couldnt keep up with the growth and pace. Profitable, the most enviable investors worldwide and increasing numbers of the leading e-commerce companies globally as clients. It is definitely not the company for everyone. If you dont like change, then dont join Rokt, as the business is constantly growing and changing and learning and improving. The great thing is that the leadership team sincerely want us to contribute to the things that we do change in the future - whether that be in the product or in the culture. And with every change, there will be those who agree and those who disagree. The main question is, do we mostly make the right changes? And so far, the success of the company would say yes. We are winning.

Desventajas

Being a global company means we work with people in many timezones and locations, that can make it hard to keep routine daily hours. But the company supports and encourages us to take time back if we do work late/early for global meetings. No company is perfect, how can it be, it's made up of humans!

Ventajas

The paycheck was on time. The infrastructure didn't get in my way technically.

Desventajas

•Ideas I brought up in meetings were routinely dismissed, only to see the exact same ideas approved weeks later when repeated by someone within the inner circle. •Meaningful projects consistently went to those already tied into the right connections, and it was clear capability had little to do with it. •Real mentorship and guidance existed, but it happened in closed conversations I was never part of, while others received constant support from senior engineers. •Key decisions were made in small informal groups, and I would only learn about them after everything had already been decided. •I was repeatedly assigned lower visibility infrastructure work while others were given opportunities to grow through impactful projects.
