decent pay pretty simple work Workers are nice

The entire management team needs to be replaced. Worst management I've ever seen. Miscommunication not only with workers but amongst themselves. Each supervisor wants you to do something and disregard anything the other supervisors say. You will get in trouble for not obeying them even when stating another supervisor already gave you a task. The refuse the fix the machines the way they need to and constantly ask mechanics to do patch work. This creates a lot of down time and when they happens be prepared for angry supervisors.

Management is NICE pay is decent

management needs to crack down on slackers definitely favoritism little bit sexism (pay is same, work flow is the same, treatment is a slightly off, women's issues are not taken as seriously as they should be)
