Great healthcare options, matching 401k.

Desventajas

Overworked, underpaid, micro-management, horrible retention rate with employees for customer service, helpdesk, and enterprise activations and the NOC. Claimed to be a family within the business, but did NOT treat you like that.

Ventajas

Great company with great people. They will make you a very well rounded NE if you are willing to put in the time and effort. Still has a small company/neighborly feel.

Desventajas

None. Work was challenging but rewarding.

Great coworkers Learn and get hands on on a lot of networking and cloud stuff

Desventajas

Low pay for the amount of work done Really have to stay on top of things in the beginning. It can be easily overwhelming at the start
