      Ventajas

      Great Company Great Environment Top Tier Benefits Laid back, constructive/involved leadership No micromanagement

      Desventajas

      Base pay is a little low and bonus plan gets a little wonky sometimes, but the position is new and its an entirely new vertical, so the company is still figuring out the kinks. I have confidence things will get more ironed out down the line.

      Support is abundant throughout the company, making my role easier to take on any daily tasks.

      Sometimes the larger size of the company can slow down a simple task.

      Ventajas

      The work was interesting; travel opportunities. Decent office downtown. Occasional catered lunches.

      Desventajas

      Massively toxic work environment. Worst coworkers in the world. Literal fraud, SH & SA coverups, and illegal activities, but if you hit their quotas and have no integrity, apply - you’re gold for them.
