Desventajas
You may find yourself "on the bench" as contracts are not always in place for all the consultants, which may be frustrating. Basic salaries at all but the highest levels (LFE and PFE) are not competitive with the major banks - this is a fact we are expressly told. Many people have been leaving, but not owing to a toxic culture. No benefits in the salary package but the company connects us with brokers and subscribes to the counselling service ICAS.
