Ventajas

Lovely members of staff. Staff willing to go above and beyond, great moral and location was okay for transport in and out of the city Lovely clients too Work drinks were great (ones covered by staff)

Desventajas

Management unclear on how to manage staff Amazing talent in the company but it was never utilised Policies & procedures made up on a whim and never any consideration to the staff No flexible option to work from home Previous mentions of bonuses etc which never came into fruition Pay remains the same unless your senior management Not really a diverse environment Some members of staff should have progressed well in their roles in different areas of the business had they been giving a chance or acknowledgement If you're looking to excel in your career with equal opportunity and as a valued member of staff then perhaps elsewhere would be better

A few of the colleagues - you'll meet some very passionate and lovely people.

Desventajas

The CEO. The MD/CPO/Whatever job title they can rangle up to avoid accountability on the most recent screw-up. CTO, while an exceptional individual, will not stand up to the CEO's foolish demands to change previously agreed deliverables. This place is the most ineffectual place at implementing standard agile methodologies. Churn is VERY high, and dissatisfaction amongst the workforce floats at +85%. You won't find anyone internally speak positive about SLT. If they do - they're scared. If you want to deliver meaningful projects and in a positive environment - don't come here! Don't believe me... Look at the 100 other negative reviews.

Ventajas

- Office looks nice - Decent food market nearby

Desventajas

- You will have software on your laptop that takes 900,000 screenshots a month of your machine while working & be flagged for HR intervention if they suspect you aren’t working as hard as they want - Temporary adjustments for additional remote scheduling require gruelling process of interrogation by management and HR while watching favoured employees do whatever they please - Employees will take covert photos of eachother to report to HR - Long standing reputation of mistreating workers on VISA, as the company knows that workers on VISAs are effectively trapped unless they find a new role - CEO actively detests both customers and employees
