Standard salary and contracted hours

As a consultancy with no internal projects, it was Risa IT's job to find me work. During my application I was promised work in Amsterdam. Risa IT was unable to fulfil this promise, so they ended my contract just before Christmas. The reason they gave for this was that I wanted to work in Amsterdam. The other employees were pretty unfriendly. The social situation was very cliquey and I was not made to feel welcome. There was no onboarding procedure. There was no information or specified contact person to do introductions, explain the procedure, show me around the office, or set up regular reviews. There was no management structure or HR involvement at all.

Een fijne werkgever om bij te werken. Je krijgt de ruimte en vrijheid om je werk goed te kunnen uitvoeren. Er is geen hiërarchie binnen de organisatie, iedereen is gelijk aan elkaar en dat maakt dat RISA IT een hele fijne werkomgeving heeft.
