      Ventajas

      I joined RIMES straight from College roughly a year and a half ago. - Great Starter Company - Steadily growing company - Hard work is definitely recognized and rewarded - In general, there is a lovely 'family' environment - Exposure to finance/investment Industry - A very comprehensive training plan from day 1 - co-workers willing and open to help - Little over-time required - International company with Travel opportunities, as well as closely working with International colleagues on a daily basis

      Desventajas

      - Confusing Management structure for Analysts - Non-flexible working hours/ Unsociable Friday hours
