      Ventajas

      The best company I have ever worked for by far! This company really values and promotes team work, socialising (considering most people work remotely, they do well at bringing everybody together), autonomy, and much much more. I couldn't ask for anywhere better to work :)

      Desventajas

      Sometimes communication can be difficult between teams, often waiting days for a reply. Change happens fast, and regularly! Some people like this and some people don't :) Personally, I enjoy it but this might be a con for some.

      Almost everything was a Pro, great company that cares about you as a person

      Desventajas

      1. Internal Promotions were still too focused on your resume instead of your quality 2. On performance metrics for chats they measured by classic needing to answer x number of people and minimize time instead of quality of response
