      + Good overall conditions. + Some cool colleagues. + Interesting projects if you are ok to work a lot.

      Desventajas

      - Lack of transparence about a lot of topics. - Lack of global/long term vision. - There are no career opportunities if you are not from the "good" departement or friend with the "good" people. - Too much hierarchy, too much people to say to others what they must do. - Not enough people to do things.

      I had an AMAZING manager who always supported me.

      Desventajas

      There are ALOT of company politics. Morale is ruined by the cliquey culture. People brag about getting people let go. There’s too many people hired & not enough responsibility for individuals. There’s an absurd rule about phone usage.
