Ventajas

Lunch three days a week. Free drinks. There are some genuinely nice people who work there, but those who are seasoned do not make it feel very welcoming. Good IT department.

Desventajas

1. Leadership has no idea of what is going on in the trenches. 2. The product does not work as well as it should, and there is no process to take care of the business they are getting. 3. Management does not have a clear picture of what the future will bring, they tend to go after the next quick buck and hope that everything else will work out down the road. This rarely happens. 4. They do not give the customer everything they promise to. 5. A constant stream of talent leaves the company, and they are not replaced with the same level of talent. 6. They do not listen to good advice from their own employees when it comes to structure and process.

It can be difficult for cross-department collaboration with everyone being in different time zones.

Thanks for the review! Cross-functional collaboration across time zones is a real challenge these days. We are hoping that the flexibility of our remote & hybrid environment and clarification of ‘core working hours’ will help support even greater collaboration across teams. *Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered *Great coworkers *Lunch for in office workers.

Desventajas

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
