Ventajas

I have been working at Reputation for almost 3 years. This is by far the best position of my career. There are many opportunities to learn and grow. Many open roles are replaced with internal promotions. When COVID first hit - mangement worked tirelessly to make sure we would not have to layoff any of our employees. We were all able to keep our roles and navigate the personal side of the lockdowns w/o fear of financial issues. The environment is challenging, but that is what I am looking for! Making an impact is hard work. The market is ever-changing and we change with it. Very excited about our recent purchase of Nuvi. Exciting times! People Ops is very engaged with the cultivation of culture: Free lunches, stipend during COVID for home technology, Friday employee feedback, DIBs team, swag, etc. I can see the effort and appreciate it.

Thanks for the review! Cross-functional collaboration across time zones is a real challenge these days. We are hoping that the flexibility of our remote & hybrid environment and clarification of ‘core working hours’ will help support even greater collaboration across teams. *Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered *Great coworkers *Lunch for in office workers.

Desventajas

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
