Thank you for your feedback! We are glad to hear that all is going well so far and hope that it just gets better and better as you spend more time with us. Our People Ops team has been working closely with our CEO Joe Fuca in creating an informal session to ask questions on topics surrounding the organization and providing more communication to employees! We just had our first one last week, check out the recorded session on our RepNet. The next one will be scheduled soon! It can be difficult for cross-department collaboration with everyone being in different time zones.

Thanks for the review! Cross-functional collaboration across time zones is a real challenge these days. We are hoping that the flexibility of our remote & hybrid environment and clarification of ‘core working hours’ will help support even greater collaboration across teams. Ventajas

*Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered *Great coworkers *Lunch for in office workers.

Desventajas

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
