She/he likes to catch attention and disguise she is direction the right way but other engineering group leaders do not buy that. She/he laid off on the newer employees at the time before the RSU will be exercised, so another cost reduction achieved. November is the RSU exercise date, so make sure it will be in your compensation and guaranteed if any arbitration termination or laid off on you. She/he used to request for immediate greenlight of supplier manufacturing in China fab which is obviously a strong favor for her org.
