A history of people leaving the company because of their absolute refusal to make any concessions with salary. Specific cases of same job title but different wage are everywhere, because it's relied upon that you won't talk salary with coworkers. The company talks big on keeping a good work life balance, but you're often expected, both implicitly and explicitly, to continue increasing output without increased time or compensation for it.
