      Ventajas

      Personal development, to a degree. Great office space, generally working with very talented people. Most people here think for themselves and are also passionate about doing their best and doing the right thing.

      Desventajas

      There's quite a bit of nepotism, and although they wish for there to be "No Politics", there blatantly is. There's too much upper management interference rather than quality leadership.

      Ventajas

      A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

      Desventajas

      Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires

Our technology can take a bit of time to get familiar with and our teams work hard to build training and resources to support that through onboarding, training, and help from colleagues along the way.
