Ventajas

Since beginning working with Redgate when they opened the Ausitn office in March 2017, I have had the opportunity to work with some amazing individuals. Though we started as a small office far from our HQ in the UK, the support we receive is extraordinary. We are given every oportunity to succeed in a sales capacity and the culuture of feedback lets us steadily grow. From the CEO right to the people that sit next to me, everyone has made these ten months working here

Desventajas

Working in a new office far from our HQ has had challenges. Informaiton flow can be a bit slow at times.

Ventajas

A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

Desventajas

Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires
