Ventajas
•Professional and welcoming atmosphere •great place to work while in high school or college •They respect your time •you have the option to not work during the school year or the summer camp program •there are many elementary locations so you can work at a school close to you
Desventajas
•low paying •you're working with kids, therefore lots of responsibility •dealing with parents •you don't get to chose the activities or change the given schedule •you HAVE to be patient to work with kids •have to think quick, be creative, and multi task to occupy kids- otherwise things can get out of control •need to know what different age groups need •kids have different learning styles which means there are going to be kids that maybe clash with your teaching/leading style
